Quilted...........

I was running errands most of the morning yesterday.  In the afternoon I quilted this purple 16 patch quilt.  I trimmed the quilt, chose the fabric for binding and cut the strips and ran out of steam.  Time to stop for the day.  The weather has turned cold and windy for again with just a light dusting of snow.

Our weather is starting to turn cold again also...but not nearly as cold as yours probably will be.

The quilt looks so lovely draped on the long arm.

Another one almost done! Winter showed up here yesterday. We got a dusting of snow and it is 31 degrees right now, but still not all that bad for this time of the year.

Looking forward to seeing what you chose for the binding (and getting a better look at how you quilted the quilt.) Binding by hand or machine? Happy finishing!!

Waiting to see your entire quilt, I'm always excited when you show quilts. Still January and I expect more cold ahead. We are in the South now and even we are have a chilly snap now- down to 56 today.

Mesmerizing purple on your long arm. How you had "the steam" to continue with quilting on your machine in the afternoon only you can continue to produce. You accomplish more than anyone I know... Good to hear you are stopping when needed.

We have the same kind of weather except our dusting of snow is more in inches and feet.
