Are those all batiks? Very striking! And soooo much different than calicoes. A very grown up block!
Wanda, lovely selection of shades, subtle, but so good together. Cheers, Jean. p.s. are you getting the latest snow storm, or has it gone past you further East??
This is definitely a change from the calicoes. At first I said "ooh that is hard" then I realized there is nothing there that I can't do.
As someone who never had fondness for calicoes, this block of yours is gorgeous in batik. I may have to rethink how I look at traditional blocks. I guess the cutter really helps in making these complicated blocks.
Yes, that is a nice block. I love your fabrics!
Very nice. Lots of hst's. It looks good in batiks.
Very pretty! I like your fabric choices in this one.
It's a pretty block and, as always, I love your choice of fabrics!
This is THE BLOCK for January ! I love it ~
JJM
Like the block very much indeed, love your fabrics and especially the luscious one in the centre and half square triangles - I'm guessing batik?
Oh, Wanda, what a beautiful block! And see your temp is 2!!! Yikes!
Wow, love it. Which dies did you use, Wanda? Looks like 2" finished half square triangle, 2" finished and maybe 4 in the middle. Im just guessing!!! otterpc@aol.com
Oh my……this is lovely, Wanda!
That is lovely. Did it go together easily since it was die cut?
