One more block, my favorite so far. I used two different fabrics for the background and I like that too.
I want to cut some more blocks today so I can keep working on this every night. I have started 4 new quilts since I finished my wonky quarter log cabin quilt. One of them will only be worked on at the twice monthly sewing group. I have to focus on finishing something soon. I want one more finish by the end of the month, maybe two.

Oh yes finishes. Sometimes they are difficult to do. The blocks are very, very striking. Chris

This one is a very beautiful combination of colors, so soft and yet so striking. I love that you are working on multiple quilts at once. I had a professor tell me back in the day when I was at the University that I should read at least two or three different kinds of books at once because it opens up the mind to receive new information. Something about the brain wants to focus like a laser, but you can create great insights by forcing the brain to accept very different kinds of information. I have found that I like to have multiple projects going all the time because I am always thinking about them and one seems to tell me what to do about the others. Enjoy your day!!

These star blocks are striking and this one is definitely an outstanding one. You are a major inspiration for me... love your work!
Wanda, these block are gorgeous!
The brighter the better. Love them.
Those are really, really pretty.
I love the new one and also the one above it on the picture. I need to find some time to work on my last Christmas present. Apparently not this week but I am going to try. Stay Warm!!!
Again, great fabric choices. I am hoping for a quilt finish by the end of the year:) Working on an appliqued Christmas stocking for my youngest granddaughter and a tree skirt for the kids before I head to Seattle in 2 weeks.
OH YES,I agree with you Wanda. This one is a knock out... just dazzling. What is the size of each block ? You know doubt have told us when you first started making them, but I forgot.

These blocks are so pretty! Is there a pattern to use regular templates, or paper? I don't have the device you used. My email is different than the google acct to read blog posts. (celiaambrose@hotmail.com)
Thanks.
And this,.........this is the reason you named your blog EXUBERANT COLOR! WOW! These blocks are just amazingly vibrant and beautiful!
I can't decide which block I like best. Each one is more fabulous than the next.
What a pretty quilt this is going to be! I love the stars in batiks.
The new one is stunning. I would not have guessed that the backgrounds are two different fabrics. They work well together!
