The first rows........

I sewed the first 4 rows together.  It will be about 41" wide after trimming.

This shows the variety of black solid and black/charcoal prints better.

It was a hot one yesterday.  I waited until late afternoon when there was a breeze to mow the grass.

Be careful in the heat. Looks like you are making good progress. Chris

This is great, Wanda. It reminds me of crayons.

Great colors! I just made a zigzag with HSTs but I like the equilateral triangles better I think because they are so spikey.

Very pretty! I ordered a triangle like that for my Accuquilt... can't wait for it to get here, I have lots of ideas for using it!

it is looking good. It is usually sweaty cutting grass here no matter what time I start!

That looks wonderful, Wanda.

Why 41 inches? How do you decide the sizes of your quilts?

Love the blacks & charcoals.

& according to the robot proofing below, I am an authorized trollop - NICE

Gorgeous . . . I played with the ones you gave me a while back, stitching them into pairs. I'm slowly pressing them (as I work on other things) and one day soon (or not), I'll be able to put them on the design wall. . .

That is really coming together nicely. I LIKE it!

This is going to be another stunning piece. Like a celebration with the blacks/charcoals doing a 'line dance' through it all. Love the close up shot... can really see the detail in the fabrics.

Like this one Wanda especially the mix of solid blacks and patterned - think this die may go on my list of things to buy from Accuquilt!
