More ditch quilting yesterday....

I know this isn't a very exciting photo, but it was this or none, which I think would be worse.  I worked on the ditch quilting while my company was here, after they left, and again after I got home from Dad's apartment.  I think I only have about 2 more lines to quilt.  One of them is a really long one.  I have a finishing class to teach today, lunch with some cousins tomorrow and the trip around the world second class Sat.  It turned into a busy week.

Sounds like a busy schedule. The stabilizing you are doing really makes a difference in the total feel of the quilt. I use to not do it and I realize it really makes a difference. Stay warm -20*F right now. Windchill is -30. going to stay in and cut scraps. Chris

Did you do the door check?

Love the fabric on the back! The ditch quilting did add a lot to the texture - that was a good call!

This really is turning out well. It was definitely worth the extra effort. What color of thread are you using on the top?

Sometimes some of the least-showy pictures represent important work. Good for you, to get this additional quilting done!

Thanks for showing that 'unimportant' photo. I can now see the difference the extra quilting makes. How many classes are in your TAW course?

I am glad to see this photo as it helps me to see just how you've done the quilting.
