Ready for the workshop..........

I spent most of the day yesteday rounding up everything I needed to take to the workshop today.  I packed it all in the car last night so I wouldn't feel rushed this morning.

We had rain off and on yesterday with some sunshine thrown in between showers.

I remember someone had the name for these star flowers that have the grass like leaves and little bulbs with roots.  They remind me of onions when I dig them up.  They open when it is bright out and close when it is overcast or dark outside.

Have fun at your workshop. The flowers are beautiful. I have some that when they come up I will have to ask everyone what they are. I will look in my books to see the name of this one. Chris

Hi Wanda. We always called the white flowers "star of bethlehem" and they spread like crazy. I really enjoy your quilts.

Hi Wanda
Your columbine photo is great! I lost a couple of my columbines over the winter -- not sure why (maybe they have a limited life).

I don't have the star flowers but my friend does -- all over her yard now.
