Last seam........

I needed to clean off my design walls so I got the last seam sewn and took this photo.  Then the quilt came down and I took the lint roller to the flannel to clean off stray threads.  I'll spare you photos of the vacuum cleaner and mops, the other project of the day.

Vacuums and mops are not the most fun use of time.... but it needs to be done!!! The quilt looks bold and bright....

I'm surprised at how much more I like this quilt with the sashing. You always seem to know just what to do!

you turn a very simple quilt block into a work of art with your color selections - so very nice to look at!

Beautiful! I'll bet there were lots of thread scraps on the flannel.

The quilt is beautiful! I need to lint roller my design walls, and get out the vacuum, and the steam mop, etc. It never ends!

I love this quilt. When I look at all those little squares and how you pieced them perfectly, I'm once again amazed at how you do this with fabrics. Wonderful job Wanda.

It is so sad when clean-up time comes before quilting. Lookin so good on your wall.

Just caught up on some blog reading. LOVE the moons piece in your Oct finish. And thanks for the tip on stay stitching the seam when facing a quilt, it makes things SO much better. No mention of this was made on any tutorial that I found online. Thanks again.

I really like the sashing - it doesn't interfere with the beautiful blocks & layout :)

Congratulations! That's last seam but still without border, correct? Not to put a damper on your parade, but are you still committed to the fabric shown? It's a gorgeous quilt!
