Collages............
I was playing with Picasa 3 yesterday and made collages of my 16 patch quilts. I'm not including the orange one I made last year because the top isn't done yet. It needs to be wider. This is the garden series: Peony Garden, Zinnia Garden, and Blueberry Patch.
I chose photos of blocks, stacks to sew, sewing taking place, and finished quilt top.
There are several choices for layouts for the collages.
I did some sewing on the pastel 16 patch strip sets but you will have to wait until tomorrow to see them.

Collages are so much fun and they share so much more about the process than a single snapshot can. Your sixteen patch works are marvelous!

Great visual comparison. Clicking back through your posts, I can see the series develop. In the collage format you condensed the entire process. I can't pick just one....they are all beautiful.

Beautiful! I love the colors and seeing all of the finished quilts together gives a whole different perspective than just seeing them individually.

Each quilt top has it's own grand look, and to chose a favorite is impossible, they are all beautiful !
