Organizing my project

I am still making more cobblestone blocks. It makes such a mess on my table that I can't stop and clean it up to do anything else when it has to be spread out all over again to make more. So I will sew blocks for a few more days. These are for a large project so I need a lot but in only 4 widths. I'm bagging them by size as I go. I showed this one before one before on my design wall but haven't sewn it yet. I may just steal all of the blocks that are the right size for my other project so this one may never get sewn.
The Dr. visit for my parents went alright yesterday, but I'm not sure the Dr. diagnosed my mother's problem. Time will tell I guess. It rained for quite awhile yesterday so I left my car out of the garage and got a free car wash. Today the sun is shining, the snow pile on the driveway is much shorter and we are staying above freezing for the next few days.

Such fun to watch your organization with all your projects.

The beauty of your design wall is enhanced by your perfectly stacked fabrics on your shelves.

"mogalest" was the word I had to type in today to get my message published... I always wonder if these words are computer generated or if they are really a word somewhere in the world. (*._,*)

I also like to bag my blocks and mark the bags with the sizes. It really is a great organizational tool. I love how it looks on the design wall. I hope that everything is alright with your mom.

What a great idea to bag the blocks by size as you go. Having that "mess" around must be so much fun!!

Glad to hear you're thawing out there! It rained hard here last night for nearly an hour. In my situation, I had taken my car to the car wash earlier in the day, so it probably dirtied mine. It feels so good to get the salt off.

Hope mom and dad are okay. I also bag my projects, but not as detailed as yours are done.

I am feeling better today, so maybe tomorrow I can actually get into my sewing room and sew something! I have a large bag of my purple and green blocks I want to complete. Today I washed the fabric for the sashing strips, so I am ready for the finish.

Nice way to organize your blocks...what would we do without baggies and plastic containers??? lol I like my piles too, but they drive me crazy after awhile.
Can't wait to see this new one.
