Monday night mess

I took a few very neat piles and bags of strips to the machine and in less than an hour......... I have a mess to clean up again. But what a delicious mess.

No wonder you're so creative -- what a wonderful "mess" to play in! It's so much fun to look at!!

We all have to go through MESSES working on any project it seems.

In your tumble of strip pieces looks like your green was the winner (*._,*) Then I see the blue block off to the right with some dazzling green. I always like blue and green combination.

Yeah, I know what your mean. That always happens to me too. I spend happy minutes making the mess and endless hours cleaning up afterwards. But even in the clean-up I find something interesting. Don't your agree?

To me, messy equals productive. If I see a spotlessly organized studio I think either they just cleaned or it never gets used.

You always have such colorful, creative messes. Your last quilt is so gorgeous. I like the watercolor look to it. You are so kind to sew for your church. That must be very gratifying.

LOL What a familiar sight! Sounds like you had a great time creating your mess, and I see more gorgeous creations emerging...

The temporary mess is inevitable, and it always feels so fresh when it's finally cleaned up. I just cleaned my work space last weekend, and it feels so good (for now).
