I got more triangles cut and also cut a couple new prints in the large squares. I don't have enough pieces cut that please me to finish the blocks so I will be doing more cutting. I'll have a lot of leftover cut pieces but those will go into the boxes of like sizes.
I'm getting more green into this block but still have rust and gold too. We are expecting more rain this morning so I'll have time to sew. We got .7" of rain yesterday and my new bushes are loving it. Outdoor clean up will have to wait until the weekend to resume.
nice you are getting caught up on rain!
ReplyDeleteI ma jealous of all the rain you are getting! LOL!! It hasn't rained here in awhile and we could sure use some. Those fabric for the big squares are pretty! I like the touches of other colors in them.
ReplyDeleteLove that Morris print square...so pretty!!
ReplyDeleteWe haven't had a drop of rain either; hoping we will get a rainy day soon...hugs, Julierose
This just keeps getting richer and richer!
ReplyDeleteVery rich. I was cleaning the houseplants outside today to start bringing in and the rest of the plants are starting to die back. Trying to find places to put the plants as some of them got a lot bigger. I usually try to do geranium cuttings also of the fancy leaf ones. Sometimes they succeed.
ReplyDeleteI so agree, your fabrics used in your Bear’s Paw blocks have been so intensely deep with richness, that this is going to be one of our most dazzling pieces.
