I actually forgot that yesterday was my 7 year Blogiversary. I started my blog on July 4, 2007. Here are collages (over 100 quilts) starting with Nov. 2008 to present of finished quilts that I have shown on my blog. 2008 and 2009 collages only show the quilts that were quilted on my longarm. I didn't start doing collages at the beginning so I'm missing all of the finishes on my regular sewing machine from July 2007 to the end of 2009. They are on the blog, just not in collages.
(Click on any photo to enlarge.)
2008 quilted on longarm
2009 quilted on longarm
2010 quilted on longarm
2010 quilted on regular machine
2011 quilted on all machines
2012 quilted on all machines
2013 quilted on all machines
2014 through June, quilted on all machines
For any new readers, I label each post and there is a label list on the right side bar. I hope you enjoyed the review.
Imagine the miles of thread. You accomplish a lot and they are so unique. Hope you have many more years of sewing and quilting to enjoy. Chris

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on 7 years. I am always amazed at your creativity and at how much you accomplish both with your quilts and around the house. So, enquiring minds want to know - do you ever sleep? I just went to a lecture by Sharon Schamber and learned that she works about 100 hours a week.

ReplyDeleteSimply Amazing!! What a wonderful post and cheers to the next 7 years of inspiration.
ReplyDeleteYour retrospective inspired me to spend a little time skimming back through some of your "old" posts - meaning just old in the sense of before I started reading your blog! It was, of course, quite inspirational. I'm always impressed with the amount of sewing and quilting you accomplish, but even more so with how much I love almost every single one of your projects. And that held through going back. Looking at the tiny pics in your retrospective post, it was really amazing to see just how effective your use of contrasts have been. I love the way some of the quilts look like they have a light radiant hole in the middle! Thank you, again, for taking the time to share what you make with perfect strangers, like myself, I so enjoy reading and seeing your blog.
ReplyDeleteThat is very impressive! It's clear that your blog is appropriately Names.
