I started sewing top to bottom seams joining columns into rows last night but it was too much wrestling bulk for so late in the day so I'll work on it in the daytime today when I have more energy.
I switched to sewing the half blocks for the black background OBW instead. It was nice mindless easy sewing. I got 16 of them sewn, lots left to do.
I bet that pineapple quilt is going to be heavy. There are a lot of seams and those add weight. I can see this being a stitch in the ditch machine quilting project. It is a beautiful quilt top!
I agree with Karen, the speed you sew at has always impressed me. To make so many of your pineapple blocks so fast is amazing. It seems you just never slow down. And your fun, fun, one block wonders in the works too..
