Errand day and sewing...........

Yesterday the sun was shining and the roads were clear so I ran some errands.  It was still below freezing but didn't feel so bad with little wind and lots of sunshine.

 Last night I started working on pineapple log cabin blocks again.  On the left are 4 light blocks and on the right are 12 dark blocks.  They still have 2 more rounds plus the corners.  I usually only make 4 blocks at a time instead of this many.

    The pineapples are so wonderful to see appear and shuffle around. It is going to be great!

    They looks so much a like I probably would end up mixing the dark ones up with the light ones!

    Love the scrappy feel of your pineapple blocks. What method do you use to create yours?

    Nice progress on your pineapple blocks . And when the sun comes out, we have to grab our list and head for town when we can. What a winter for all of us "up north."
