Bummer... hope you had a lantern to read by... to fill the dark hours. We have lost power here more times in the last 2 years than we have lost power anywhere else (in the world!!!). Mostly due to car accidents tho, not the weather.
Guess you'll just have to double down on the picture content for tomorrow's post Wanda. That was some whopper of a storm, wasn't it? Fortunately we did not lose power, but the grass, trees and plants are so grateful for the rain. Hope you weren't without power too long.
Hopefully they get the power restored quickly! It is too hot and humid for many people and what about all the food in the fridge? Ugh! I may have to stay home next Tuesday because I won't have any power at the field trailer. No way am I sitting in a hot trailer all day!
We got that storm much later, about 8pm. Electricity and Internet all left us for about 30 minutes and then the TV and Internet went off and on for hours. Hope your electricity is back on by now.
