Last blocks in place........
All of the blocks are on the design wall now and I think this is the final arrangement. Sashing is being cut. At this point I'm thinking a small border of the same fabric as the sashing and a big floral print for the border. The one in the book has a border but it is a small print.

Yes.... Big floral border!!! would look smashing!
looks fantastic!
Love this - such wonderful colours all playing together.
This may be one of my favorites. Wandaful!
It looks good to me. Are you going to put colored blocks at the intersections of the sashings?
Looks terrific. The large floral will look great. The sashing is time consuming, isn't it? Just love the colors overall.
I like the way every color combo makes each block look different.
love it! I can't wait to see the sashing and border print you will be using.
Well worth the slow-painstaking process - stunning results!!!
Gorgeous Wanda.
Stunning, Wanda! I love it.
Good morning Wanda.....After staring at this beautiful quilt, I noticed that the first full block in the middle, counting from the top has this stripe that gives the appearance of looped satin ribbon, and it's a lovely affect.
I love, love, love this quilt - its stunning!
Oh wow, it's fantastic!
Which Kaffe book is this from. I looked but can't find where you said the pattern is from. Thanks
Oh yes I can see this with a luscious floral border!
Wow! This quilt is really spectacular. I love it! Can't wait to see it with the sashing, and border.
Oh my, this is just beautiful already. I shall be watching for the next steps.
That is going to be a stunning quilt! I like how you personalized it with all the different blocks and fabrics!
Just gorgeous. I'm not at all sure I'd have the patience for all those half blocks, though. I might even be tempted to cut whole ones in half instead, to cut corners - no pun intended. I really like the thin sashing, it looked great when you had it there previously. But I'll have to see the border before I'm convinced of it. I think I wld be tempted to go without one? Either way, this is sure to be a winner!
