Quilting progress.........

I had ditch quilted around the border, both sides of sashing and around stars and then did meandering in the border.  I was trying to decide how to quilt the sashing because I didn't want white thread running through black dots.  I finally looked at it and saw that the dots were in diagonal rows so I quilted 2 lines in one direction and one the other direction and it looks great.  I have trimmed it, cut the binding and the hanging sleeve so it will be finished very soon.  Last night I appliqued 3 more circles on the other project, 5 down, 13 to go.

  7. Love your way of doing things... some on one quilt, some on another. Keeps things from being boring, I'd say.

  9. You are very clever and very particular! I stopped by your blog because the colors in this quilt really caught my eye -- love them! I won some similar fabrics that I have been trying to decide what to do with. I am now thinking that I need polka dots. Thanks for the inspiration!

  15. I pulled out my Kaffe Fasset fabric and thought it was beautiful but such a mish mash of fabric prints. Now that I see your star quilt, I think I can make something out of my fabrics. I love all your quilts. Thanks for showing them.
