January 2014 recap........

I finished 4 quilt tops, 2 started last year and 2 started and completed in January.
One quilt top is mostly completed; I want to add some pieced borders to it yet.
I quilted and bound one quilt.  Started in the late 1990s.

Seven mug rugs were completed.

Five dish cloths knitted.  The top one is the end of 3 different balls of yarn.  I need to knit some cheerier colors this month.

  11. O.K. Wanda, I am convinced you never sleep. It appears, in your honor, I'm not sleeping either!! :) Of course, it isn't on purpose. I did get three quilts off to the quilter though, so I guess there is an upside11 That sunrise is simply beautiful. Having lived in Illinois for the beginning of my life, I don't think I ever recall a sunrise so beautiful!! Happy February and Happy Quilting!!

  14. You are such an inspiration! I LOVE the colors and the pattern in the flannel quilts. So impressed with the fact that you made both of those two quilts - plus everything else - in January. Do you sell most of your quilts? As many as you make, surely you can have personal use for all of then; even though it IS quite cold where you live :).

  16. Maybe if we had snow I'd get more done in the sewing room? I got 2 quilts and 2 small wall hanging quilts done and I thought I was a superstar:)
