Zinnia Garden........

Zinnia Garden was sewn together yesterday.  I did move 3 blocks from the layout yesterday.  The upper left corner, one in and one down was too light and I felt the left edge was too solid in darker blocks so I took the center block from the left side and moved it up to the light spot.  Then 4 columns from the left had the same block in positions 2 and 4 so the one in position 4 went to the left edge and the too light block took its place.  Too much information? I'm really happy with it now.

  5. Wow, this is gorgeous Wanda! I think you really have to have a vision of the finished quilt to design the blocks for it. Well done!

  16. It definitely is beautiful! I wonder what you do with your quilts. I just make something interesting to me and stack it in my closet - not for a certain person. What do you do with your beautiful quilts?
