I finished the rest of the blocks for Island Sunrise but this isn't the final layout. It was 11 p.m by the time I got the photo taken so it was too late to start rearranging them.
The weatherman finally got it right: we got snow. I'm guessing there is about 7" from what I shoveled off the sidewalk. The last shoveling was at 5 p.m. and the sidewalk was covered again before I went to bed.
I filled the bird feeders just before dark on Monday night so the squirrels wouldn't bother them. I knew it was supposed to start snowing early in the morning before I would be up. This photo was taken before 10 a.m. There were big flakes in the beginning. It snowed all day and the snow is wet and heavy. The temperature was around 32 degrees most of the day so it was comfortable shoveling, but it was really slippery.
We got about the sme amount. The snow was so wet my coat was soaked when I got in from shoveling. I really like your flowers. The blocks are really nice looking. Lots of work. Chris
