A little sewing, a few more blocks.....

Four down and three to go and then I have to concentrate on the pieced sashing. 

I spent most of the afternoon yesterday cutting out preemie layette items for our sew in at church today.

    I think this is going to be really striking when you get it put together.

    I hope these coming storms don't give you migraines. The weather this summer has not been headache/migraine friendly.

    You've cerainly got a green thumb, I'm getting caught up on back posts and your pots are fantastic. Well, so is your quilting and colors, Can't wait to see the layout with your current blocks.

    I love the movement in the Kaffee blocks. They practically jump off the page. Really nice fabric choices. It's funny how I can recognize good choices when I see them, but I can't always create them myself!

    I always enjoy seeing how you combine your fabrics. You capture hues that no one else can see till you stitch them together. AHhhhh ~ ~ ~ so nice.

    Your porch pots are really looking great! They go with your quilt blocks in today's post.

    Even your milkweed looks great (maybe it's a good year for them; I just saw a lot of great specimens, both the light color you have and a darker pink, on our walk this evening.
