This embroidery was a fast one, less than a half hour. It won't look like much from a distance but will be enjoyed close up in the quilt.
I did all of my errands yesterday and didn't get home until 3 p.m. Then I did some laundry and other things around the house and this one little embroidery. Not a very exciting day. The snow started at 9 p.m. It sounds like we will get 2-4" and the week ahead is going to be COLD!
I enjoy snow a couple times a winter but then I am ready for spring. In fact I am always ready for spring by the first of February - Karen http://karensquilting.com/blog/
This block is just adorable!! Nice that it took half the time too. So glad the snow has missed us. Although if the rain we got the other day was snow, we would have been buried!
Cute little snow-guy! Hmmm... how many snow-themed blocks did you make for this quilt? Is that why you got snow?? Maybe a 1/4" snow for every snowman block?? ;o)

ReplyDeleteI dunno, Wanda - we had at least 4" when I looked an hour ago and it's still coming down.
ReplyDeleteNo wind, so it looks like falling rain - little tiny flakes that keep piling up.
