I sewed the final seams on this top last night. I really pushed myself to finish even though I was tired. I sewed the last 6 seams in one direction and then the 9 seams the other way. It ended up 57" x 79".
I also cut another 12 fabrics for the zig zag quilt and filled in a few more of the gaps.
Now I have to finish cleaning the basement for the art quilters' group that is coming on Monday so I will probably do some mindless scrap play tonight.
It's amazing what you can do with lights and darks. This has been a great lesson on lights and darks rather than matching colors. I love this blog! Amie:o)

Beautiful quilt! And I think it was the right decision to go with the dark in the middle. I'm a little late on that decision as I was away for the week.
