I have to be to the fair early this morning so here are more pictures from Friday. Photography competition is big here. This is one of many walls of entries.
This is one of the things I miss living in a city. We have fairs, festivals, etc., but not like this. Thanks for sharing your photos. It brings back many memories.
Hi Wanda, Wow, what a variety of quilting patterns, styles and colors. How would one ever judge between them? Or are they judged on how well the quilter did with their particular pattern? Pretty cool that your fair is the oldest fair in Illinois (according to the web info). Vicky F
Nice pics, your fair puts our fair to shame! Now would you mind going back and holding up each of those quilts for individual pics, they look so pretty!
I agree with Sue - wish I could have seen each of the quilts! Too bad they have to be folded up like that instead of displayed - at our fair there's just not enough room for all the entries and it looks like your fair is that popular too. blessings, marlene
what wonderful pics...i know how tiring the fair can be. this brings back such fun memories. the kids were in 4-H and every year fair time was a big deal and a crazy busy time.
