Binding done, next in line.....................

The binding was finished a little before 10 last night.  I'm looking forward to seeing it open and checking out the scrappy binding.  Photo shoot today.

Earlier in the day yesterday I trimmed the pink/gray zig zag quilt and cut the binding.  I'll start prepping this one today for the hand finishing of the binding.

There was almost 2" of rain in my gauge from 3 days of storms.  I'll check it one more time this morning.  We really needed the rain and I'm thankful we got that much.

STILL no rain here as yet--fingers crossed that we will get some soon...63 this morning and cloudy...so warm still for November.
I like how that binding looks, Wanda--very pretty.
Off to do my weekly grocery run this morning...Hugs, Julierose

Good for you that you got the binding finished. That binding on the pink quilt is going to be so cute.

Seeing your quilt folded and finished was pure joy… you created another beauty. And look forward to its formal portrait. And fun to see your pink and gray is on its way to the finish line as well.

What a joyous array of binding fabrics and I love the binding you've chosen for your zig-zag quilt!
Please send rain to the Richmond area of VA as we've had no rain since very early Oct. Thank you.

Hugs!

The scrappy binding makes it look as though that's a pile of quilts in the picture!
