My colorwash wallhanging was nagging me to trim it and sew on the binding.
I got one side hand sewn and about 10" along the next edge. My shoulder was complaining so I'll work on this over a few days.
Outside I got all of the rest of the peonies cut down and one Annabelle hydrangea bush trimmed. It will be in the 60s today so I hope to get a lot more done.
Oh--- take care of that shoulder...hugs, Julierose
ReplyDeleteBeautiful work. I found your blog via Quilt Blogs. For 2 years now I've submitted my blog roughly every other month. I've never heard back. What is the trick?
ReplyDeletewarmer here for the next couple days as well.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the sunshine - it is gorgeous here today as well. Still checking the clocks to be sure I've reset all of them . . .
ReplyDeleteKudos for listening to your body, Wanda! The binding will be done when it's done.
ReplyDeleteI sure know what you mean when its good working weather outside this time of year. But do hope your day doesn’t irritate your shoulder even more.

You have used a piece of one of my favourite fabrics, I fell for this when I came across it years ago!
