Lots of pieces.............

I sewed piles of pieces for the X part of the blocks.  I now have to cut the + pieces and make blocks.  I am cutting these pieces with GO! dies on my Studio die cutter with the adapter.

I had my last physical therapy session for my shoulder yesterday.  I now have a full range of motion and no pain.  This is the first time I have ever gone to PT.  Now I just have to continue doing the exercises to keep the shoulder strong and hopefully never injure it again.

  1. It seems like I am always going to PT for something. It does help to recover function which is why I put the time in. Isn't it nice to have units sew together real precise with no dog ears? Glad you have improved and can use the cutter.

  3. Just finishing 6 weeks of PT for the bursitis/sciatica flare-up and hoping to get another 4-6 weeks authorized to complete ehat has been started. Which dies are you using?

  4. I must have missed your post while traveling about a shoulder injury unless this is from when you had the pacemaker put in last year. I hope it will be better soon

  5. I like both of your + and x quilts. They look like fun fabric decision-making projects. Is the Go die from one of the Go Cube Mix And Match sets or is it a single die?

  6. So glad you can sew pain free. PT can work wonders.

Your x and + blocks are going to be fabulous.

  7. I see someone else asked which GO dies you used for the X-part. I know that there is a signature block die (finishes 4", I think). Is that what you used?

Love this block, by the way. I'm looking forward to see it as it progresses.

  8. Glad PT worked for you. I’ve gone several times and always found it is a really good deal. I just have a really hard time motivating to do the home exercises! I bet you don’t, though. You seem so organized and get a lot done. And, of course, PT always works a lot better when you follow instructions and recommendations.
