I spent the whole day with the family yesterday so no progress to show on any projects. I am getting ready to work on another colorwash piece so I laid out my pieces in a light to dark progression of each color. It is going to be about 7 degrees tomorrow so I think I will be staying inside.
What a great tip on beginning your color wash. That really helps a greenhorn like me. 7 degrees, I hope your humidity is low.... We've had unusually high humidity here in the valley along with our one digit temps and it feels extremely frigid.
I thought of you the other day. My LQS is selling a colorful panel that I thought would be gorgeous with a color wash built around it. I’ll have to get the name of it for you.
yes at 7 degrees I would stay inside too - well be cold here too but not that cold. Sounds like you had a busy Christmas day
ReplyDeleteSeven degrees? BRRRRR I think I would be staying inside also.
ReplyDeleteIt’s 12 degrees here and our high is 20 today and we still have snow on the ground. The dogs are tiny and don’t like it.
