The left side is sewn so you can see how much it shrinks with the seams sewn. It will be about 70" wide when finished.
The Lungwort is very tiny but already blooming. The plants really fill in the area in the summer. There is a Columbine coming up next to it.
The hostas are just starting to grow.
The peonies are shooting up too.
This photo is taken from the kitchen window 5 minutes after I filled the suet cages. Furry raider!
I think this is absolutely beautiful.

ReplyDeleteLately we've had deer eating the bird seed. Their hoofs leave deep holes on our rain sodden dirt, but I don't care.

ReplyDeleteNice to see you today ! Sorry I was so slow !!
ReplyDeleteAlways inspired by what you have to share. Loved your nature walk too. Have you see the latest deterrent for feeders? A slinky mounted to the post (slipped inside the slinky) so when the offender jumps up, they grab the slinky and slide right down!!! Allison in Plano, Texas USA
