First batch of blocks.......

I got 2 blocks each of 8 combinations sewn yesterday.  I have seven more combinations cut and ready to sew today.





I put one block of each on the design wall to get an idea how it will look.  Even though the camera make some of the fabrics look like blue, they are really all purple.

I have listed 2 more groups of batik fat 16ths on my Wandaful blog.

    These fabrics are beautiful when I zoom into them, but the middle one still looks red on red. Must be some purple there but I couldn't see it. This will be a bright colorful quilt.

    Great color combos! So sad I missed the multicolor batik sale, forgot to check the blog earlier!
