Hanging and with the light on it does give it a mystical look, really do like it, even a bonus the colour of the church walls really gives it some pop :)
Oh, Wanda - what a thrill to see that photo! Kudos to your friend for having the insight to know that one of your color wash pieces was EXACTLY what was needed in that space and kudos to you for creating such an eloquent work of art. Glory be!
Good morning Wanda......You must, and should be, very proud and happy to see your beautiful creation hanging in it's rightful place. Hope you have a fun weekend.
Your banner quilt looks beautiful in the church and is a perfect accompaniment to the minimalist decor. When I look at the photo and the overall appearance of the altar I see the light of Christ that all Christians want to tune in to.
Wanda, it is beautiful! And it really shines in its rightful place. You did such a masterful job on this, as indeed you do on all! You are a continual inspiration to me. Thank you.
Anyone who wonders why you take so much time making sure each piece of fabric is in JUST the right spot only needs to see this banner to find the answer.
Just perfect! So glad it has such a prominent place where it will truly be enjoyed and appreciated to its fullest, not crowded out by other things, just as it deserves. Every person who attends church there will be able to look at and enjoy it to the fullest.
Wanda, you should be so proud of this beautiful banner. So many people with gain so much from it's depth and I'm sure it will be the focus of many prayers. It is perfect in it's position. Congratulations, Jo
Your banner is beautiful and I love how and where it is hung. I too make banners for my church and they are hung up high and we are about to redo that wall we hang them on and want to install some sort of hanger that will mean we do not have to climb up on a ladder or lift to hang them. How is yours in this picture hung? Is it a window shade hanger, or do you have a pulley system for it. I’s love to hear from you. I need some ideas!! Please write to me at lipe2@comporium.net if you have suggestions that would help us. Thank you so much!!
