I decided I wanted my design wall back so it was time to decide on a final layout and sew the top together. I'm really happy with it now. It was worth the time to rearrange the blocks.

Another beautiful work of art.....wish I had your eye for color. I really enjoy seeing your Christmas cactus too, my Mom always looked forward to hers starting to get blooms.
I am so glad you moved some of those red/orange blocks around, I knew you would and get it just perfect. This is a striking quilt but I really like the spiral one.
Normally this pattern isn't a fave because it looks too much like my scattered mind, but I love this one. You did a super job of organizing the blocks just right!
You are so productive, it's amazing. This looks great off centered! I'm still plugging away on mine, had two weekends in a row that I spent traveling instead of sewing, going to sew this weekend, my machine is missing me terribly!
I love the way this turned out and I especially like the mix of background fabrics you chose.

ReplyDeleteI like it with your center 'off set'. Again I am repeating that it has been fun to watch. And a nice one to wake up to on a Monday morning.
