I was out with friends yesterday until 2 so I didn't get around to sewing until late in the day. I pieced the extra rows together to elongate this Boston Commons version into a nice rectangle. It will measure about 49.5" x 66" once the points are trimmed off. I have to do my income tax forms and clean the basement for the art quilters before Monday but I am working on the tutorial for this quilt. It may be about a week before I get it all sorted out.

I was wondering about those points, and the task it would be to border around each. It has such brilliance on this side of the screen. Like jewels all lined up row after row.
Really like the look of this...feels like a beautiful sunset to me. And I so happy to hear I'm not the only one who STILL needs to get their taxes done! Man! do I hate to do taxes.
Very pretty! We did our taxes today and I completed a small quilt top! Color Me Happy by Toadusew Creative Concepts. It was a Benartex kit that I have had for years!
How beautiful, and it features the typical "Wanda" flair for making it sparkle with energy. I'm really looking forward to this tutorial! I love the vibrancy of the yellow and the dancing of the purple. Delicious! :-)
Hi, Wanda. I had to stare at this quilt for about 5 minutes, the color combination is soooo pleasing to me. Can't figure out why--maybe it's the pink-orange-yellow thing...hmmmm. LUV it. I may have to borrow this mix. best, nadia
