More boring cleaning...........

I need to start getting the basement cleaned up for the next art quilters day (Jan. 21).   That means moving piles and cleaning off many tables.

  1. The day of a storm I feel good. The day before and today are the worst. Sometimes we have to do boring things. You will feel good when it is done. Chris

  3. Wanda, I know what you mean about looking shaggy. Actually, I hate feeling shaggy.

Your work is looking great - as usual.

  5. I looking shaggy but I hate it when they take off more than you want them too - I had my hair cut about 5 or 6 weeks ago and it is finally now the length that I prefer it at although the area I stick behind my ears is still too short!!

  7. You are never boring, LOL! It was a good activity after recovering from a migraine though. The binding and handstitching doesn't require too much brain strain. This way, you're ready for a creative day when you feel better and looking so stylish with your new 'do. :)

  8. You know how some people hate doing binding? I really enjoy that. However, I would PAY someone to do the label and worse yet, the hanging sleeve! OMG, I put those two things off forever.

In fact, when I hang things on my own wall, I usually just pin some loops of matching ribbon on the top edge to slide a bar through.

    Lazy, lazy, lazy

  16. Love that you take an afternoon nap! I take one most days and usually I'm more productive in the evening because of it. My friends think I'm crazy but it works for me! And your posts are never boring.

  17. "More boring finishing"... to you, but I sure enjoy seeing it all. Finishes are like the Frosting on a cake. (*._,*)

Your blues, greens, and lavender are so pretty all cut and getting ready for you to tackle.

p.s. We had quite the snow storm yesterday and it did not quit until the early morning hours today. It is headed your way unless the wind currents change. I see you have a wonderful 50 degrees out there today.
