I put the last five 16 patches up on the wall and I like the lighter block on the left column. It may be just a little too light but I'm going to make a few more blocks with lighter fabric and then decide which ones to use.
I have to share my indoor blossoms. The 4 plants with buds are opening a few days apart so I hope to have flowers for quite awhile.
This was the first one to have more than one bloom on it. The white followed it. I have another just ready to open that looks like it might be a deeper pink. I'm not sure what color the 4th one is.

What a marvellous quilt! I love the impression of serendipity -- although it is deliberately balanced.
I prefer the brighter left side border of your quilt also. Your white Christmas cactus flower is beautiful. I've never seen a white one before. I have a light pink one and one which is a red-orange color - really different.
Lovely flowers - I think our cactus is gone for sure!
The quilt is great looking, I agree trying a few more blocks will satisfy you. Chris
The quilt looks better and better every time I see it! I just love it!! And your Christmas Cactus always look wonderful.

I just love this quilt! I don't have one bud on my cactus yet. These flowers are so pretty.
That quilt is gorgeous! I'll have to check back and the finished project! And I L-O-V-E the Christmas cacti. We always had one at home that bloomed like crazy.
I enlarged your checkerboard piece and it is even more spectacular.
As your WHITE Christmas cactus blossom. I have never seen a white blossom before.

Pretty flowers, and the quilt is amazing@
Hugs!
I like the quilt. Those little bursts of bright set it off. And I've never seen a white Christmas cactus, it is really pretty.
Wooooowwwww! I love the colors of this quilt!
The flowers are amazing, too!
