Today I'm teaching 'Turning Twenty into Diamonds' at the local quilt shop. Scroll down to the second photo to see my sample for the class here. Also in the book is a miniature version of the original Turning Twenty. Since I had never made the original I decided the mini was just right for using up some small pieces of batik. You can see the general color range here. The layout will follow tomorrow.
Your fabrics will inspire your class today and I am looking forward to see what they come with also. The Fox Valley is so FORTUNATE to have you for a teacher !
We're off to Seattle for a week... (*._,*) until then happy blogging, and will look forward to seeing what I missed when we return.
Have fun... wish I could join in... I love the Turning Twenty quilts!
ReplyDeleteThe colors are so rich and the yellow/orange will add a real pop of color. Please show us this when it is done and have a fun class!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see it.
