Errand day, more hand dyed blocks...........

I had a lot of errands to run and knew it would be easier to do them yesterday than waiting until today.  We went from 60 degrees Monday to 28 degrees yesterday.  Now the weatherman says that might be a typical pattern for our winter.
I can't upload the photos I wanted to show you because Blogger has blocked them and gives me a message to only upload ones I know I have permission to use.  I think I have permission to post the ones I just took 15 minutes ago, but Blogger doesn't think so.  I went into my Picassa Web Album and it let me upload one from there, the squirrel.  Hopefully I can post photos tomorrow.  I got 8 more Winding Ways hand dyed blocks made and grouped them 3 different ways.

  1. Even though the squirrel is a wonderful photo, I would have loved to see the blocks. Sometimes blogger is just too finicky. Last night the wind whipped up while we were sleeping and I think that we will now have your cold weather.

  2. The day will be busy here also. I had trouble with photos the other day also. Stay warm. My son was out fighting a fire last night in the wind and cold. Chris

  3. Blogger can certainly be strange with pictures.
I hate it when the weather swings from warm to cold -back and forth. Though I must say, this Southern boy prefers WARM.

  4. We're supposed to be hit by a front Thanksgiving Day. I feel fortunate that I'm not having to travel in it this year. Here's hoping we get to see your blocks on your next post.

  5. Blogger has been aggravating me too, Wanda. I'm thinking about taking the big $$$$ plunge to wordpress or the like.
Happy blessed Thanksgiving to you and yours!

  6. It was a bit crazy yesterday early afternoon running and doing my errands. A lady in front of me spent almost $500 at the grocery store! I can't imagine spending that much! I was just glad to get back to the house in one piece. Hope you get your blogger bugs worked out. I have a hard time posting comments on Wordpress.

  7. I have been using the Windows Live Writer to do all of my posts lately with all of the problems I have been having with Blogger. It's a free download and the post goes together super fast. Pictures are uploaded instantly and then the whole post is sent to your blog.

    Cute little squirrel!!!

  8. Many people have been having problems with Blogger. Thank goodness I haven't had any yet.
We only had a few Squirrels last year. This year I think I have all the Squirrels in the neighborhood. The poor birds are having a time getting in the feeders.

  10. The photo of the squirrel is great -- but I do wish blogger had let you show us the other hand-dyed blocks!

  11. I'll be back tomorrow to see your progress! But for now the squirrel photo is great. I had 4 squirrels in my backyard, chasing each other. They are so fun to watch.

  12. I've been avoiding blogs for a week, trying to work on more projects. I'm impressed by everything you've been working on these past 7-8 days. You're an energizer bunny this week.

Knock on wood--no problems with photos and blogger yet. But I see comments about it all over the web.
