Here is a sampling of what went on at the workshop. I thought I had pictures of everyone's pieces, but I didn't. I think everyone had fun and maybe learned a little more about value. Crazy piecing was popluar and also wonky strips.
We are going to continue with a scrap quilt class at the local quilt shop next month.
A class like this helps get rid of inhibitions over what colors to use. It isn't the colors but the value of the color that stands out. Looks like everyone had fun. Chris

ReplyDeleteI have learned so much from you in the past, and yesterday, I was inspired to be a free thinker. I don't need a pattern,just a basic knowledge of color and plenty of scraps to get motivated . That I have plenty of..Scraps! Motivation was provided by the workshop.
