Still auditioning

We have had drizzling icy rain, starting last night leaving an icy sheet on the driveways, a little thaw today, and more ice tonight. I developed a migraine about mid morning so I spent part of the afternoon sleeping it away.

I want to try the 2 red toned fabrics for the center. Here is option 1.
and option 2 below.
On option 3 I changed to a different color Ikat checkerboard.
I haven't made a decision yet. I will eat my evening meal now and go back and look at the photos. I can always just start piecing the third sets of strips for the last triangles while I make a decision.

As I scrolled down, when the 3rd option came up, I really perked up. That would be my fave.

I like #2 the best and #3 second best...

#2. I like that the green pulls the green from the other fabrics.

Another #2 here!! It's gonna be GREAT!

#1 feels restful, but I like the pop of #3!!!

I like #2 the best. It seems to blend better with the green background.

I guess I am the deviant. I like 1 and 3. Not necessarily in that order.

I like 1 and 3 too. It's fun watching this take shape on your wall.

I like 1 and 2. I dunno, I rather like 2--it seems the most exuberant of the three. :)

Tough choice - I like them all!

Option 3 - no doubt about it!

I vote a definite #1. Looking great.

I prefer the checkerboard from #3, but I think it begs for a blue or green toned fabric for the other two parts of that square.

Either 2 or 3 but I'd love to see what a blue might look like. Gorgeous block.

I like #3 and 1 in that order. I'm really curious to see which one you pick or if you audition more!

Love how you are sharing the process with us! Myself, I like the contrast of the red and green in the center, I'd say number 2 is my favorite.
This is such a lovely pattern. You are tempting me to try it myself ; )

I LOVE this pattern!! Is ti from a Kaffe book?

I like #2 the best. 3 loses the "pop" from the green. It's pretty, but blends in too much.

It's gonna be nice, no matter what you do!

They are all great but I'd prefer Option #3 if it were my piece.
