The weather's not been hot but we've had some sunshine. I gave my plants a feed 2 weeks ago so I think that helped. I only have a small walled back-yard garden so not a lot of attention is needed :)
Hope you see my reply.Lesley Gilberthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12391675183992422658noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4049103935243328127.post-79681552302196213922021-05-10T07:53:07.156-05:002021-05-10T07:53:07.156-05:00Happy Mother's Day to you! Seems like I am not the only one this spring that is redoing a bed! :) Mine is doing good despite the cold weather. patty a.https://www.blogger.com/profile/01861433552460661701noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4049103935243328127.post-50881341732535253422021-05-09T16:00:31.218-05:002021-05-09T16:00:31.218-05:00And a very happy Mother's Day to you, too! I hope you take today off and enjoy your Mother's Day.

Your garden and Lesley's garden are way way ahead of mine for sure, I'm just beginning to see leaves coming back on my clematis. I know very little about the U.K. but I'm assuming she lives in a warmer climate to have so many plants thriving.

JJMJJMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10989370378727211794noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4049103935243328127.post-28111184934116842912021-05-09T10:01:13.108-05:002021-05-09T10:01:13.108-05:00It's funny that so many people seem to have tr...It's funny that so many people seem to have trouble growing bleeding hearts. I have both pink and white and also a fern leaf variety and the first two grow up weeds, spreading (by seed) everywhere. I wind up digging some up and tossie're getting a half day of sunshine between raining days and quite cool, with frost warnings at night.
Pat
MissPathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06807348837446241284noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4049103935243328127.post-26190754461465919042021-05-09T07:06:02.523-05:002021-05-09T07:06:02.523-05:00Happy Mother's Day to you! It has been raining here so much I have not been able to plant like you.Linda Swanekamphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07291121742617818637noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4049103935243328127.post-25052654917153328262021-05-09T07:01:33.440-05:002021-05-09T07:01:33.440-05:00I wish I had luck with the bleeding hearts I have ...I wish I had luck with the bleeding hearts I have tried them 2 times and both times died, I think I had them in too deep of shade perhaps one time it lasted 3 years and then disappeared on me.Karen - Quilts...etc.https://www.blogger.com/profile/07293429657903986492noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4049103935243328127.post-27835825619702989612021-05-09T06:14:13.497-05:002021-05-09T06:14:13.497-05:00It's good to see you working in the garden, ge...It's good to see you working in the garden, getting some fresh air. I've not seen white Bleeding Heart before (only yours) - mine was pink but think it's died off now. My 3 varieties of Clematis have buds starting to open so will have a good show this year. My Fuchsia's, Peonies, Hydrangeas are all doing well. Not bought any new plants so far.
I'm back to sewing my Spider Web quilt and putting on sashing now. Hope all is well with you and you have some good weather this coming week :)Lesley Gilberthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12391675183992422658noreply@blogger.com
