It was horizontal (10 x 6) with a 6" nine-patch to start every other layer. Not half, or a third but just enough so it didn't look like a brick wall. It was supposed to be a charity quilt but I've not parted with it yet... like it too much! Yes, it could be very disorganized to sew together, or very easy because none of the seams would have to match. Worth it, in my eyes!!! I am definitely going to use this block pattern in a piece now, but probably size it up a bit. This design is fun!Kathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14835393634763024001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4049103935243328127.post-13007657766349807042022-06-02T07:34:53.144-05:002022-06-02T07:34:53.144-05:00the first layout would be easier I think but the s...the first layout would be easier I think but the second layout is the one I like better.
Love the peonies.Karen - Quilts...etc.https://www.blogger.com/profile/07293429657903986492noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4049103935243328127.post-52761786431236044272022-06-02T06:32:21.591-05:002022-06-02T06:32:21.591-05:00You have been busy, both with yard upkeeping and b...You have been busy, both with yard upkeeping and block pinning!!:000
Be careful and stay safe...hugs, JulieroseJulierosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04079686021190332890noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4049103935243328127.post-25277256642795379102022-06-02T06:18:08.317-05:002022-06-02T06:18:08.317-05:00What about making a layout with 2 verticles and a ...What about making a layout with 2 verticles and a horizontal making one block and then reversing them across the row.
