I found a binding fabric and cut it and also cut the hanging sleeve from the leftover backing fabric.
The binding was sewn on and I started the hand stitching last night. I'm over half way around it now.

It was 46 degrees yesterday and the wind finally died down. We are expecting rain Friday morning. We have a had a very dry winter so far.

ReplyDeleteYou are making good progress. It has to be enjoyable seeing all that wonderful color! We have rain in the forecast for today and tomorrow. With the ground frozen, there could be some flooding issues depending on how much rain we get.

ReplyDeleteOur last little bit of snow finally melted yesterday when our high was 65*F but last night the low was 28*F so all was frosty this morning. Rain expected here all day and night tomorrow.
