Just came in from planting the pots in the back yard - mandevillas, guara (deep pink) for the butterflies and hummingbirds, vinca, and coleus in several shades of green. I have learned so much seeing how you use your fabrics, how you choose this one over that one for specific places in your block. I have always loved Kaffe Fassett fabrics (I knew about him before he started designing fabrics and I am NOT a knitter!), but there are some of his fabrics I have not been particularly drawn to. However, I have seen how you used those in quilts and come to love those too! You definitely expand my horizons! (Just to clarify, there are just a FEW of his fabrics I have not been fond of.) Thank you for taking us along as you choose a new block, the fabrics to use, the placement of the fabrics in the block, the blocks in the quilt, and finally the borders or no borders. You inspire me!Sally Langston Warrenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08947024909324503884noreply@blogger.com
