Piles of quilts...........

I typed a list of the quilts I have made since I was the program at our local quilt guild in 2016.  Yesterday I rounded up most of them.  I still have to gather the 13 crazy pieced quilts and wallhangings.

This is what we woke up to in Sandwich IL yesterday morning.  It only got up to 39 during the day but they are saying we will hit 70 on Friday.  I'll believe it when I see it.

I took a break from the red crazy pieced quilt and started working on the plaid half hexagons.

Oh my Goodness, that's a huge pile of beautiful quilts..
The plaid half hexies are growing nicely..

I know you are looking forward to some warmer weather but the snow photo is pretty.

What a treat the guild has in store! It is a lot of work to put a program to gether....enjoy if you can.
More snow....seriously I think all the weather forecasters have gotten us in deeper this year. At least I need to blame them even though it is not their fault.

That is quite a pile of quilts! It snowed here yesterday, but we didn't get any accumulation. It is cold again today - only 27 right now. Tomorrow is forecasted to be 56 and 70 on Thursday. 56 will be like a heat wave!

That's a great photo of all your quilts (2 years' worth anyway) all together awaiting their field trip! Oh, snow... enough already, right?

a lot of quilts for sure! we are still getting the cold weather here to but not the snow. we are to hit 80 maybe this week and then it crashes again on the weekend and maybe 30 at night and 50's daytime - spring will pass us by so quickly and go straight to summer I think. have fun at your trunk show!

Snow will be here until May for us. Sorry I am missing the trunk show. My grand-daughter is graduating in May, so won't be there until the end of May. Looks like it will be fun to view all the colorful quilts!

What an absolutely glorious treat it must be to see all those gorgeous, colourful quilts in one place like that! That picture of them on the couch is so cheerful!
I don't think we'll get spring at all. It will be close to the end of the month before we even see days with temperatures in the 40s consistently - if the forecast is to be believed. We've seen snowflakes the past few days, but thankfully nothing has stayed.

I woke up today with what you had yesterday. Oh, joy. All of your quilts look so at home in your living room. Getting ready is certainly a lot of hard work and then, boom, the show is done. And then they have to be put away. Let's hope the people really appreciate all your work!

Wow! It's really impressive to see all of them grouped together.

You ALWAYS give a great trunk show, that's why they continue to ask you back, every year. It always feels so good to actually see your work 'up close and personal'. I know you will inspire everyone that attends.

Snow and more snow .... You'd think you lived in the mountains.

Love your neat and tidy plaids and stripes, perfect for you hexagons.
