Pieces for 20 blocks

After I finished the clean-up in the basement I pressed all of the quarter blocks for my Australian Hunter Star.  There are 20 sets here and I have 6 sets ready to cut and sew.  That means I need to find 4 more pairs to make 30 blocks.  That would come out to 66" x 72" which means it will be 4 1/2 stars across and 5 stars down.  I will have to see how that looks before I decide if that is the final size.
I have knit 15 dishcloths since the beginning of May.  I gave 3 to a granddaughter a week ago.  She got the ones that were parts of 2 different color skeins of yarn.  One is my kitchen already used, also a multi-color.

Seeing your washcloths I made 11 of them in June. I had been given partial ball of 6 different colors. So I made multi-colored ones also. I noticed at our Wal-mart the Sugar And Cream has come down in price.

The sewing looks like it is coming along well. I have liked this block, but never made it. Chris

Love those fabrics. I haven't even touched my knitting since I started the R.E.M. piece. I have 11 more days to work on it and then I have to hand it over. I will finally get to move on to something else!

I also keep slowing knitting your pattern and have a small drawer full. I am much better knitting now than I was before I started that pattern. I buy most of my cotton at the thrift store and it's at a great price.
