Finish #2 for February.........

I put the last hand stitching in the binding at 10 p.m. yesterday.  I like this one a lot and think it is one of the best batik colorwash wallhangings that I have ever made.  It is 35" square.

The photos below show the binding on 2 edges.  I think that print worked very well.

It's beautiful. Can't say it's the prettiest I've seen of yours as you've made so many that are gorgeous. The binding did match perfectly.

It is very beautiful. The binding is perfect- it adds a bit of surprise, but is part of the whole.

What kind of thread did you use for the quilting? I am an experienced beginner machine quilter, so still learning. :-) thanks!

I do not know of another person that designs color wash like you do Wanda. I agree this one is spectacular indeed. Truly a work of art !

This is gorgeous. It really glows, and I really like the way you have separated the colors. The binding fabric is beautiful - it is similar to the one I used on the daisies quilt, but it isn't the same fabric.

This one really is beautiful. Hope you have a spot to hang it up there in your house so you can enjoy it!
