July 2016 monthly recap.....

July was a busy month so I had no finished quilts but did complete some quilt tops.  The large triangle quilt just needed the insert strips and top and bottom borders sewn on.  The small table topper was started the end of June.  The other 3 pieces were all started and sewn in July.

Last year I gave this quilt to my nephew and wife for a wedding gift.  The baby shower yesterday was at their house so I got to see it hanging in their office.  It really looks great in there.

Love all the work you finished in July. Your wall hanging looks great on the wall - just the right fit. Your fabrics from yesterday look very colourful - I love colour :)

Good morning Wanda....It's always a good feeling when you visit a home and see one of your hand made gifts displayed for all to see. It makes all the time and thought that went into creating the gift worth while. The quilt is beautiful, unique and so you. I noticed you made burp pads, something I have been giving give to everyone that receives a baby gift from us. This hot, humid weather can leave anytime now, and I wish it would!
