Stash enhancement............

No sewing yesterday.  I carried all of my porch pots and the ones in front of my garage to the back of my lot line and dumped the dirt.  I spent part of the day cleaning up the garage and basement, mixed a batch of cookie dough, ran errands.  The two fabrics in the photo were purchased at the local quilt shop when I was there Wednesday.  I was going to just get the white background but decided to get the black background too.  I forget what the line was called and there were handcuffs too but the fingerprints were all that interested me.

It is nice... to think the yard work part is nearly over... although the shoveling.... does not sound any better than mowing!!!!

Now those fabrics are neat....lots of texture. I had to look twice to see that they were fingerprints.

I was out in the yard more than I was in the sewing room yesterday too - we will still have more nice days for that then you do but time is starting to run down to get the yard cleaned up and I over did it yesterday my shoulders will be killing me today

Love the overlapping in the patterns- it adds depth of value to the fabric.
I still have some flowers left in the pots outdoors. When they are all brown, I will empty them. Can't bear chucking anything with color left.

Love those fingerprints! I'll bet it feels good to get the pots cleaned out.
