Oscar sewing....

I don't usually watch the Oscars because I haven't seen any of the films but this year I made it through the whole show.  I prepared my sewing, the binding on the flannel quilt and four more Vintage Spin blocks.  By the time the show was over it was too late to go down and do the photo shoot so that will wait for tomorrow.

Didn't watch! We were preparing for yet another nasty storm... Looks like you had a very enjoyable time!

I will look on line to see what the ladies wore who had the most awful looking dress on - but other than that I don't pay attention to it - I used to watch it but I haven't seen the movies this year and the speeches bore me

I forgot to watch... I am looking forward to your photo shoot to see that quilt - it looks lovely!

I watched the arrivals just to see the dresses and then went to bed. I get up early for work so I need my sleep. Getting two quilts quilted is a great start!

Looks like you made good use of your time. I watched the rerun of Downton Abbey as I missed it last week and got 3 pies sewn for my "Pies and Tarts" quilt. Have a great week.

No matter what is on t.v. you are always on a roll working on one of your amazing pieces. I use my t.v. for company more than viewing and I assume you do also. Oh yah ~ I did watch the Oscars off and on, I enjoyed seeing the dresses the ladies wore. Kind of surprised at best picture, I had not even heard of it till last night.

Here I thought I was the only one not watching. Like you, we seldom see any of the movies. Sewing would be much more interesting to me.

I watched the last half of the Oscars. I was doing some sewing before that.

I did not watch it either. Still do not know who won!
