Framed......portrait.....

I finished the top edge of "Framed" and the hanging sleeve.  I still need to make a label.  It is about 34" x 33".

I baked 2 batches of cookies first thing in the morning yesterday for the art quilters today.  I got a lot accomplished in the afternoon.  I finished picking up the miscellany in the basement and then worked on the quilts.

I basted the bright colorwash quilt.  I will start the quilting later this afternoon.  Then I finished the quilting on "Lunar Revolution" and cut the binding and sewed it on and started the hand stitching.  I have labels made for both of these quilts.
This is where the quilts are going.  I have been invited to have quilts on exhibit (and for sale) at Ciel Gallery during February and March.

In the article at Quilt Inspiration you said that a 3 day workshop caused you to take a different path. Seeing your work and reading your blog along with a couple of others that resonate with yours has done the same for me. Congratulations on being asked to show your work again!

Oh, this is exciting (besides all the color on this page) - My hubby picked the dates and booked the flights without even knowing the dates of your show. We will arrive in Charlotte on March 23 for a couple of weeks in SC with our daughter. There is a distinct possibility that we can again drop by and say hello to you and your daughter!

Ciel gallery is so fortunate to have another of your fabulous shows ! For those that could not make your first show ... here is their chance.

You were a huge asset to be there in person for the first show.... And for those that didn't get a chance to meet you then ... your posted video is just a click away. Your Grandson did a great job.
